Chad Wildern demonstrates integrity, energy, hard work, and creative solutions in every detail of your Real Estate transaction. Chad grew up in the Rockford area where he started his real estate career early with the purchase of his first investment property at age 19. His continued interest in Real Estate and residential building has led to a successful career in Real Estate for over 10 years in the West Michigan Area. He has worked in many areas of the residential Real Estate market, including representing buyer’s, sellers, and specializing in fine homes, vacant land and new construction.
Chad is a family man and dedicated to his beautiful wife and two children. An athlete and outdoorsman by nature, in the winter he takes his challenges from Heli skiing in Canada to skiing with his family in the mountains of Colorado. In summer, he can be found on a lake in northern Michigan pursuing water sports with his family.
Chad has developed a passion for the Real Estate business. He has spent much time building relationships with industry professionals, from lenders to surveyors, and contractors. Chad uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He stays on top of the transaction from the first meeting through the closing on the property. Chad is dedicated to ensure every client experiences a seamless and smooth transaction.
