Showing Your Home
Now that we have implemented our proven marketing strategy and your home is listed at the best market price, bring on the showings! All of our showings are scheduled through our automated online program, ShowingTime. This program also allows Realtors that show your home to leave feedback. This feedback is helpful in fine tuning the appearance of your home to potential buyers as well as current pricing. Due to the low home inventory in our current market, be prepared for several showings a week, once your home hits the market.
